Suniel Shetty recently opened up about his first meeting with Indian cricketer KL Rahul. Suniel Shetty was pleasantly surprised to find out that his daughter Athiya Shetty had not yet met the cricketer.
Suniel Shetty revealed that he was taken aback when he found out that his daughter had not yet met KL Rahul. He said, “I was surprised that my daughter Athiya hadn’t met KL Rahul yet. I had heard so much about him and I was keen to meet him.”
Suniel Shetty further added that he was eager to meet the cricketer as he had heard a lot about his achievements and his passion for the game. He said, “I was keen to meet him as I had heard a lot about his achievements and his passion for the game.”
The actor revealed that he was taken aback by the cricketer’s humility and respect for the game. He said, “When I met him, I was pleasantly surprised by his humility and respect for the game. He was very down to earth and I was impressed with his attitude.”
Suniel Shetty also shared that he is proud of the cricketer’s success and wished him all the best for the future. He said, “I am proud of KL Rahul’s success and wish him all the best for the future. He is a great role model for the youth of the country and I am sure he will continue to achieve great things.”
